The medieval castle has a charming mix of modern design and rustic features. The massive open fireplace in the common lounge was a cozy touch. The interior had an eclectic and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this picturesque castle! We loved the rustic charm of the building, the spacious room and the delicious breakfast provided. The countryside surrounding the castle was perfect for long walks and we enjoyed spending time with the friendly family dog. The staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful.
The lack of wifi in our room was inconvenient and the distance to the nearest town with restaurants made it difficult to find food options late at night. there was an issue with the hot water during our stay, which was frustrating.

Absolutely amazing stay for our romantic escape! The room was huge and comfortable, decorated with a charming mix of modern design and rustic features. We loved the immensely thick walls that kept our room fresh during a heat wave. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, perfect for starting our day. The location was ideal for us, with picturesque rural walks surrounding the building. Plus, the friendly family dog was the icing on top of the cake!
Although the building was superbly restored, the central corridor was quite cold for our liking. , the intense perfume in the bedsheets was a bit overpowering.
